Job Summary
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive Industry
- Dealership experience is a requirement
- Experience working with Evolve will be an advantage
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a stable track record
- Must be able to provide contactable references | 3 month’s of payslips

Job Summary
- Welcome clients, open job cards, and manage service bookings
- Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Serve as the liaison between customers, workshop, and parts departments
- Provide timely updates on service progress, quotes, and additional work
- Ensure all services and repairs receive proper authorization
- Conduct professional vehicle handovers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
- Follow up on outstanding service invoices and payments
- Maintain CSI/SSI targets, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Stay updated on OEM bulletins and campaign notices
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, policies, and audit standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12, with a relevant automotive diploma or certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of OEM dealership experience
- Strong understanding of service advisor processes and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven CSI track recordStrong administration skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (Evolve, IAL, etc.)
