About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Verhoudingsbestuurder (Relationship Manager) to join our team at Optim-G Sourcing. As a key member of our agricultural finance marketing division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with producers in the region, providing expert advice on land use, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Bemarking van finansieringsprodukte en Landbou insette – hoofsaaklike saad, kunsmis, chemie en veervoer aan produsente in die geografiese gebied, en die kliëntebasis in die gebied uit te brei;
- Kliënteverhoudinge te bou en ondersteuningsdienste aan produsente te verleen deur onder andere hulle gereeld te besoek;
- Landboukundige advies aan produsente te verleen;
- Hantering van kredietaansoeke;
- Hantering van rekeningnavrae;
- Monitering van ooste en saamstel van oesverslae;
- Bestuur, rapporteer en invordering van agterstallige rekeninge;
- Instandhouding en groei van die finansieringsboek in die bemarkingsgebied;
- Handhaaf en bestuur goeie interne verhoudings;
- Opstel van kontantvloeibegrotings en -ontleding/interpretasie van finansiële state van kliënte;
- Bywoon van inligtingsdae.
Requirements
- Minimum Graad 12 kwalifikasie;
- Ten volle tweetalig in Afrikaans- en Engels (mondelinge en skriftelike kommunikasie);
- Geldige bestuurslisensie en betroubare eie voertuig sal as minimum vereiste dien;
- Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid en bevoegdheid in MS Office;
- 2 – 3 jaar finansieringsbemarkingsondervinding en kennis van landbouprodukte;
- Ervaring in dienslewering en bemarkingsvaardighede;
- Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Basiese begrip van die ekonomiese en sosiale aspekte van landbou, insluitend marktendense, bestuurspraktyke en beleide wat die bedryf kan beïnvloed;
- BASOS en/of ‘n relevante tersiêre kwalifikasie sal voorkeur geniet.
Qualifications
Geldige bestuurslisensie is vereiste.
