Job Summary
- Manage all F&B service operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Lead front-of-house teams with training, scheduling, and quality control
- Maintain top-tier service standards and guest relations
- Oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and cost control
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menus, specials, and guest experience planning
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star lodge or hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Deep knowledge of fine dining, wine pairing, and service excellence
- A team player with a calm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to live in a small-town environment with a close-knit team
