Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with sponsors, volunteers, and donors, managing volunteer rosters, thank-you letters, and other communications
- Assist in planning, logistics, and resource management for events (e.g. uniform and stationery functions) and initiatives
- Support the Communications Manager to ensure social media content is effective and assist in photo storage and selection
- Coordinate repairs, maintain service provider records, manage supplies, and organize donations
- Submit legal and tax requirements, maintain organisational records, and handle general administration tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required
- Experience with Canva would be ideal
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadline.
- A valid driver’s license is essential, preferably with access to your own vehicle
