AESTHETIC-SPA THERAPIST

DURBAN-CENTRAL, KwaZulu Natal – South Africa (ZA)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Sunday (Shifts rotate)
• 09:00 – 20:00 (8-hour shift applies)
• Days off + Annual Leave

REPORTS TO: Manager / Owner

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R8,500 – R10,000 Basic per month (BOS & BOE)
• Service Commission
• Retail Commission

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
3. LASER experience essential (HR & SR)
4. BONUS/ NICE TO HAVE – Dermal Aesthetics / Advanced Diploma / BTech Degree
5. Based in Durban with reliable transport
6. Beautifully groomed, manicured and looking the part of an Aesthetic/Spa Professional
7. Confident and knowledgeable on advanced skin care and ingredients
8. Confident retailer – ability to prescribe home care confidently

EXPERIENCE:

1. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
2. high-end salon or aesthetic therapy experience is essential – we require a confident aesthetic therapist
3. Experience working with active ingredients
4. Able to perform standard spa treatments when required operationally (if not fully booked with advanced skin care & aesthetic services)
