About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a proactive Business Development Administrator to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business initiatives and supporting our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team in identifying potential business opportunities.
- Manage the supplier database to ensure competitive pricing and accurate quotations.
- Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Coordinate client meetings and follow up on leads.
- Work collaboratively with management to refine pricing strategies and identify market trends.
- Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline while tracking performance analytics.
- Generate weekly reports detailing business development activities and progress.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
