Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing databases, data sources, and data models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
