Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Location: Global / Remote
Team: ~100 (Sales, CSM, RevOps)
Reports to: CEO
The Mandate

Were hiring a hands-on, action-oriented CRO who will take full ownership of Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations. Whether you come from a CSM background, a high-performing sales leadership role, or have served as a VP or CRO before, what matters most is that you are a builder who gets things done.

The Nature of the Role
This is not a sit above the work executive role. This is for someone who is strategic and willing to get in the trenches.
You will:

Inherit a strong revenue organization (~100 people)

Report directly to the CEO

Set the strategy and participate in execution

Establish a culture of performance, ownership, and speed

Influence every part of the revenue lifecycle
If you can diagnose a bottleneck on Tuesday and fix it by Wednesday, you are exactly who we want.
What You Will Actually Do
Lead Sales & Drive Deals Forward

Joinor leadhigh-value sales conversations with prospects.
-
Improve pitch structure, pipeline discipline, and conversion rates.

Coach reps in real time and help close deals when needed.
Lead Client Success & Protect the Base
-
Retention and expansion are everything in BPO.
-
Oversee CSM to ensure clients stay longer, adopt more, and feel deeply supported.

Build scalable processes that deliver consistency and excellence globally.
Strengthen the Revenue Operating System
-
Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting, strong data hygiene, and world-class CRM processes (HubSpot).

Build repeatable, scalable systems that support high growth.

Move quickly to remove obstacles across the revenue engine.
Drive Global Leadership

Lead ~100 revenue professionals across multiple time zones.

Set clarity, expectations, culture, and accountability.

Keep teams aligned and energized toward hitting (and exceeding) targets.
