Responsibilities:

Develop and implement contract management strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance. Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Provide guidance and support to departments on contractual obligations and risk management. Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex contract issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Train and mentor the contracts team to foster professional development and ensure high-quality contract management. Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement. Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documentation. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact contract management. Qualifications: Bachelorâ??s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Masterâ??s degree preferred. Proven experience (typically 7 years) in contract management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
