About the Role:
As the Cutting Room Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the garment production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless operations. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the chance to work with a leading corporate fashion brand.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the cutting room.
- Manage production schedules and optimize material utilization.
- Ensure quality control in garment cutting processes.
- Handle factory opening and closing duties.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality assurance throughout all processes.
- Supervise and motivate cutting room staff, adhering to HR procedures.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are upheld in the factory environment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 5 years experience managing a garment cutting room.
- Proficiency with Bulmer and Gerber
Salary – R30 000 – R40 000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
This role is open to individuals looking to relocate to Cape Town.
