Experience and Skills: The candidate must: Have a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Economics, Social Science or Environmental Engineering. Have approximately 4 – 6 years of relevant experience. Be a registered EAP or Pr.Sci.Nat. Have undertaken specific tasks on ESIAs in South Africa and Internationally. GIS experience in ArcGIS or similar will be advantageous. Responsibilities : Manage Basic Assessments and/or provide support on EIAs. Facilitate EIA projects. Compile proposals and reports. Coordinate project schedules. Manage budgets. Appoint and manage specialists. Facilitate stakeholder engagement. Competencies: Excellent knowledge and application of environmental legislation. Ability to work in a dynamic consulting environment. Self-starter and committed team player. Excellent reporting and presentation skills additional languages would be advantageous.
