About the Role

Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced External Sales Consultant to join our team in Durban. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through prospecting, market research, and relationship-building with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting for new business opportunities
Identifying potential leads and presenting to clients
Conducting market research and networking to find new business opportunities
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals and ensuring profitability
Meeting sales targets
Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable services
Maintaining customer relationships
Checking in with existing clients, handling complaints, and developing loyalty programs
Identifying new opportunities and optimizing sales processes

Requirements

Minimum of matric qualification
Strong B2B and B2C sales experience
Experience using Salesforce
3-5 Years working experience in sales
Own reliable vehicle (Non-negotiable)
