Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail and numbers and a passion for food and beverage operations? We’re looking for a highly skilled and organised F&B and Stock Controller to: Oversee all food & beverage inventory operations across multiple venues. Monitor and manage stock levels, perform monthly stocktakes, and ensure accurate reconciliations. Collaborate with chefs, procurement teams, and venue managers to maintain optimal stock levels and cost control. Analyse consumption patterns and forecast future inventory needs. Track and report on wastage, shrinkage, and stock variances. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Implement systems to ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards. Assist in budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
