Minimum Requirements: CA(SA) Postgraduate Diploma/Honours in Accounting BCom Accounting Articles completed (Big Four experience advantageous) Commercial experience preferred Technical Expertise: Strong IFRS knowledge Solid understanding of deferred tax and normal tax Advanced Excel skills Good understanding and demonstrated commitment to internal controls Systems (advantageous): K2 Workflow Accpac Sage 300 Payroll Sage ESS Leave IDU Budget Software Oracle (Hyperion) Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Proactive and solutions-oriented Able to work independently and collaboratively
