Reinhardt Transport is looking for a Fleet Controller in Durban.Job Summary:- Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc)- Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers- Track orders and deliveries- Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, and find ways to improve productivity- Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition- Monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairsRequirement:- Matric- Computer literate- Excel (compulsory)- At least 3 years experience in fleet management (controller)- Own transport- Sober habits- Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekendsRemuneration:- To be discussed in the interview
