About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong generalist background, proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide expert HR guidance across a wide range of areas including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on all people-related matters.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Champion employee engagement and support culture-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- Proven experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and South African labor legislation.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
