About the Role
At Telebest, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Durban. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and maintaining existing relationships, as well as driving sales growth through various channels. Key Responsibilities
- Attract new clients and maintain existing client relationships
- Source new sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and social media
- Achieve daily call targets
- Apply and register new clients
- Update customer database
- Follow up on backorders and assist with backorder reports
- Support with general office duties and sales administration tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Proactive and organized with strong follow-up skills
- Relevant qualification in Sales or experience in customer-related and sales-driven environment will be an advantage
- Valid Driver’s license
