Job Description The Debtors Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of debtor accounts, ensuring accurate account setup, timely payment processing, and effective credit control. This role includes opening new customer accounts, obtaining necessary credit information, securing approvals for credit limits, monitoring overdue accounts, processing payments, and managing accounts on hold. The position is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing credit risk and supporting business growth through efficient debtor management processes Debtors Account Setup & Credit Approvals Debtors Account Management Payment Processing & Allocation Credit Control & Collections Debtor Hold Management Reporting & Analysis Communication & Coordination Continuous Improvement Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Credit Management 3-4 years experience in debtors administration or credit control, preferably in a commercial or manufacturing environment Familiarity with Sage or similar ERP/accounting systems advantageous
