Durban: Junior Practice Manager – Audit firm

An established accounting & audit firm is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting administration and audit practice management, with hands-on experience using Greatsoft and Pastel. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the accounting practice. Manage client communications and billings. Prepare Practice management Accounts. Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and client time management using Greatsoft). Criteria: Matric/Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous 5 years relevant experience in a managerial role within an accounting/audit firm essential Proficiency on Greatsoft and Pastel software systems is essential. Strong organizational and leadership skills with sound supervisory skills Excellent communication and client service ability Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable car.
