Conducting site inspections to assess equipment needs, security risks, and cleaning requirements prior to mobilization.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies for all mobilization activities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Developing contingency plans for rapid deployment in response to urgent client requirements.

Coordinating all aspects of the contract mobilization, including staffing, equipment procurement, health & safety compliance and client onboarding

Developing and implementing a mobilization plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables as required.

Organizing access control measures, such as key distribution, security pass issuance, or biometric systems when required.

Accurately upload and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on Velocity and ensure adherence during mobilization.

Capturing client site details by ensuring accurate setup on Profit, Velocity, and SAP.

Ensuring the site is fully functional, compliant, and meets all client expectations before transferring management responsibilities.

Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of staff, as well as site supervisors, in line with contract requirements.

Generating detailed reports on mobilization activities,

Implementing geofencing and clocking systems to accurately monitor staff attendance.

Ensuring all personnel receive adequate training and induction, including site-specific procedures, client expectations, and clocking systems

Coordinating procurement and timely delivery of equipment, supplies, and uniforms to sites prior to contract go-live, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (required)

Minimum of relevant qualifications in operations management or facilities management (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities management industry

Familiarity with Profit, Velocity, SAP, or similar operational systems (advantageous)
