About the Role
Conducting site inspections to assess equipment needs, security risks, and cleaning requirements prior to mobilization. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies for all mobilization activities is critical. As a Mobilisation Officer at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd), you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing contingency plans for rapid deployment in response to urgent client requirements, and coordinating all aspects of the contract mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting site inspections to assess equipment needs, security risks, and cleaning requirements prior to mobilization.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies for all mobilization activities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Developing contingency plans for rapid deployment in response to urgent client requirements.
- Coordinating all aspects of the contract mobilization, including staffing, equipment procurement, health & safety compliance, and client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities management industry.
- Familiarity with Profit, Velocity, SAP, or similar operational systems (advantageous).
- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel between sites as needed.
- Knowledge of security and cleaning industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (required).
