About the Role
Talent Fox SA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive overall dealership performance in the Upper Highway area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets, while implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and market share growth
- Implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor daily sales activities, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and industry regulations
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle escalated sales queries
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to maximize individual and team performance
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Matric qualification (relevant tertiary qualification advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in new vehicle sales
- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or management role within vehicle sales
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful sales teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a hands-on management approach
- Valid driver’s license
