Job Description
Work within a dynamic finance team supporting multiple entities
– Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities
– Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and intercompany reconciliations
– Process journals, accruals, and monthly close activities
– Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and asset registers
– Support VAT, statutory payments, and year-end audit requirements
– Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance duties
Skills & Requirements:
– Bookkeeping Diploma
– Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage X3
– Strong Excel and MS Office skills
– High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
– Able to work independently and meet deadlines
