Job Description
An established residential estate in Durban North is seeking a highly skilled Estate Manager with strong strategic communication, operational leadership, and planning excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison with the Board; prepare professional reports and meeting packs
-
Manage all estate operations: security, landscaping, maintenance, contractors
-
Oversee budgets, projects, SLA compliance, and contractor performance
-
Handle resident relations, disputes, and community communication
-
Plan and run AGMs, Board meetings, and estate events
-
Lead, coach, and develop administrative staff
What Were Looking For
-
Minimum 5 years estate/property management experience (secure estates preferred)

Strong written communication and executive reporting ability
-
Excellent planning, organisation, and swift implementation skills
-
Sound judgment and ability to resolve issues independently

Experience managing teams and contractors

Advanced MS Office; valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
