Job Summary
Duties:
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the Baan/ CSI ERP system to meet the specific financial requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within the ERP system.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of the Baan/ CSI ERP system and its financial modules.
- Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference
Qualifications & skills:
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or information systems are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Systems Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Baan ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
