About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Wholesale Lead to drive revenue growth through retail and Amazon accounts for our client in Durban North. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, hands-on professional with a strong track record of closing sales and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Accounts: Prospect, close, and manage small-to-mid-size accounts (wellness stores, gyms, boutiques, clinics, pharmacies). Provide samples, negotiate terms, maintain relationships, and track pipeline.
• Amazon / Online: Set up and manage listings (initially 3 SKUs), monitor sales/inventory, and optimize product pages.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver weekly revenue updates, recommend inventory allocations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Align with founder on strategy, coordinate with admin/fulfilment, and ensure accurate royalty tracking.

Requirements

• Proven retail/wholesale sales experience (DTC or consumer brands preferred)
• Independent, goal-oriented, strong negotiator and relationship builder
• Amazon/marketplace experience a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with spreadsheets, CRM, and email outreach
