Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Full administrative support for the Wealth Manager’s investment and life portfolio.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records in line with FICA/FAIS regulations and company compliance standards.
- Prepare for client meetings, policy schedules, investment reports, and review packs.
- Liaise with service providers to facilitate new business and account openings.
- Apply regulatory knowledge to ensure correct and compliant client onboarding.
- Process investment transactions such as switches and top-ups.
- Handle client, team, and internal queries professionally and within defined turnaround times.
- Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up to completion.
- Ensure discrepancies are resolved and escalate where necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and compile related expense claims.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Execute ad hoc administrative duties and projects as required by the department or management.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Senior Certificate) – essential
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Investment Management, Business Administration, or related field – advantageous
- 2–3 years’ experience in investment administration or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Sound working knowledge of FICA, FAIS, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

- Analytical and numerically inclined
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- A strong sense of accountability, integrity, and initiative
