An industry-leading client of ours is currently looking for the expertise of an Electrical Construction Supervisor to join their team in Northern Cape

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide demonstrable support to enforce the HSE Plan on site
  • Support the contractors to ensure compliance with the project EMPrs
  • Ensure BOP contractors comply with its construction contracts
  • Assist the Document Controller with project documentation
  • Assist the Construction Site Manager and Commercial team with supporting document compilation for Project milestone payment claims.
  • Support the Owners Engineer with electrical engineering designs on-site and review Technical Acceptance procedures from the contractors
  • Support the project team with Cold and Hot Commissioning, Grid Connection, Grid Code Testing, and COD

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification in Engineering or Construction field (BSc/BTech)
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience as an electrical site engineer or electrical construction supervisor
  • At least 4 years of experience in renewable projects
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English
