About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and proactive PA/Office Administrator to join their team in Durban for an Internship. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who excels in office management, administrative support, and executive assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and database management.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- Support in basic financial administration, including invoicing, petty cash management, and budget tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PA, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Cleaning and Industrial Solutions industry would be advantageous.
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this internship. However, applicants with relevant qualifications will be given preference.
