About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and maintenance services to clients across various office automation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure office automation equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Provide training and support to end users
- Keep accurate records of work carried out
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in the Office Automation industry
- Minimum Matric or relevant qualification
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Low to Mid volume experience Colour and Mono
- Good understanding of I.T. as well as connectivity
- Team Player
- Willing to Travel
- Valid Drivers License
