Quality:

• Ensure the product voltage, PH conductivity, acid level and temperature are correct according to specifications before use.
• Ensure that all chemicals transferred to the effluent plant is in line with the 
• Environmental work instructions and procedures.

Manufacturing:

• Optimise line process parameters to improve units per input hour.
• Ensure that all tanks and pumps are maintained to eliminate any production downtime.
• Ensure that the chemicals specifications of the tanks are in line with the work instructions.
• Responsible for the make-up and additions of the chemicals to the various tanks are correct according to the specifications.
• Ensure that the Handover procedure is followed and detailed accordingly

Job Requirements: 

• Grade 12 (Critical) 
• Diploma in Analytical Chemistry(adv).
• Handling of hazardous chemicals.
• PPG certificate of training
• 2 years’ experience as a Process Technician.
• 2 years in a similar quality field
