About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Pinnerwood, Johannesburg. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality meets specifications
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results and reporting
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve quality processes

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant Quality qualification or Qualified by Experience (QBE)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of inspection and testing methods
• Experience within Injection Moulding, Metal Pressing, Electrical or Electronic manufacturing advantageous
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
• Computer literate with basic reporting skills
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
