About the Role
A dynamic Real Estate Company is seeking a Property Services Manager to manage the maintenance of building services, ensuring proactive maintenance and planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual and bi-annual building audits, creating budgets, and implementing measures to improve efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Annual and Bi-Annual Building Audits to ensure proactive maintenance and planning
• Manage the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil aspects of each asset within the company’s investment strategy
• Create budgets regarding general expense provisions for all operational issues
• Investigate new products and technology in the market to improve quality and reduce existing expenses
• Conduct regular building inspections and train onsite staff to maintain properties to agreed standards
• Manage onsite building staff and approve invoices for payment to contractors
• Provide Asset Managers, senior Property, Regional, and Asset managers with related reports when required
• Compile visual and cost-accurate reports or quotations to Asset Manager and Property Management for major expenses
