About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to join our Numeral Financial Services Group team in Durban, KZN. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client satisfaction across our region, while managing your teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisors and develop their skills
- Ensure self and team reach sales targets, as amended by the Company from time to time
- Supervise and guide current and future advisors
- Track all leads allocated to the branch staff and ensure they are actioned
- Report on daily sales activities
- Monitor branch activities via the CRM system and report on any non-compliance issues
- Address repeat issues through the performance management process
- Ensure all brokers linked to the branch meet their training requirements
- Manage regional marketing activities and costs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date branch administration
- Actively manage the profitability of the branch with the Aluma finance team
Requirements
- Effectively manage time and self to reach goals
- Ability to lead and manage team, developing where needed and ensuring KPIs are reached
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to delegate work with authority, ensuring staff take initiative and accountability for their own development
- Ability to interact comfortably with a diverse group of people
- Ability to show empathy and be an active listener
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify problems as soon as they arise
- Be mutually accountable for all projects taken on
- Ability to think outside the box and be open-minded when it comes to new ways of working
- Ability to find creative means to solve problems
Qualifications
- Minimum Matric, Degree or Diploma preferred
- NQF 5 or 120 credits in Wealth Management, Financial Planning or a similar field
- CFP (advantageous)
- At least 5 years financial services industry experience
- Well versed in Excel and MS Office
- Ability to perform Financial Needs Analysis
