We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead our sales division in driving student recruitment, building strategic partnerships, and meeting growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance.Drive student recruitment campaigns across campuses and digital platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and corporate partners.Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.Oversee the use of CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared) to track leads and conversions.Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns.RequirementsProven experience in sales management, preferably in education, training, or services.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing is a minimum requirement.
