Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the process engineering team in the development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes. Conduct time studies and process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance operational performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive. Strong expertise in process improvement techniques and time studies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Certification: Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of process optimization techniques. Knowledge of CAD Software: Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to assist in product design and process layout optimization. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems: Experience with ISO standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Advanced Project Management Skills: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) indicating strong project leadership capabilities.
