This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, brand building, and creating impactful content that drives engagement and lead generation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the companys social media presence and support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow all company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Develop and implement monthly social media strategies and content calendars Create engaging social media copy, reels, short-form videos, and content concepts Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation Monitor and respond to community engagement, comments, and messages Analyse social media performance and provide monthly reporting and insights Collaborate with internal marketing teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders to support campaigns and promotions Provide social media coverage for events, launches, and activations Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates Minimum Requirements ✔ Relevant Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field ✔ 35 years experience in social media management or digital marketing ✔ Proven experience managing brand social media accounts and campaigns ✔ Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools ✔ Excellent copywriting and communication skills ✔ Experience running paid social media advertising and lead generation campaigns ✔ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment ⭐ Experience within the automotive industry will be advantageous Key Skills Creative thinking and strong content ideation Strategic planning and organisation Data-driven decision making Attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills High level of professionalism Location: Durban Please apply with your
