About the Role

Compass Medical Waste Services is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing visual content that drives engagement and supports our brand’s purpose-driven mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print-ready artwork for campaigns, social media, brochures, and promotional materials
• Capture and edit compelling video content
• Produce short clips, testimonials, product explainers, and campaign visuals
• Assist with content planning and development
• Manage marketing assets and ensure organised storage of visuals
• Support the rollout of marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule social media content

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Strong eye for branding, layout, and visual consistency

Solid experience in video editing and photography

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
