About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sports Coach to join our team in Durban, assisting with self-defense and karate lessons for children. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and creating a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivery of self-defense and karate lessons for children
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse skill levels and interests
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters physical and emotional growth
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements
- Experience in teaching self-defense or karate to children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own transportation required for travel to training locations
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required, but a passion for martial arts and working with children is essential.
