Job Summary
Our client seeks an individual passionate about assisting clients, excelling in organizational tasks, and embracing the world of investments. As a Client Services Officer, you`ll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, assisting the operations department. Additionally, you`ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the investment industry while collaborating with an exceptional team.The Candidate must be familiar with the investment industry and the different role players (brokers, platforms, investment products etc.)
Responsibilities:
Assist new clients with their onboarding process Maintain Client Service Administration required by compliance (record keeping and filing) Assist the Client Service and Operations department with client queries Structure reports to improve client services and report on client progress Assist with ad hoc requests across both teams Liaising with Platforms to obtain existing and new data feeds for clients Liaising with clients on specific projects Assisting with ad hoc functions within the Operational and Client Services team Providing feedback to management to ensure all activities are automated as far as possible
Requirements:
2 years Client Service / Operational Experience 2 years investment / insurance industry experience a great advantage Grade 12/Matric Tertiary qualification preferable Microsoft Office proficient
