Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with A and N certificates 2 years working experience in a similar IT role Advantageous MCSE / MCITP / Active Directory and MS Server experience / VMware & Hyver V experience Good communication skills and forward thinking Valid drivers and willingness to travel extensively The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Remote & On-Site Support 1st and 2nd line remote and onsite support; POS installations; IT maintenance & management; manage 3rd party support calls Hardware & Software Manage / maintenance software: MS OS, MS 365, Pastel Evolution, Third Party Software; configure/maintain hardware desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric readers Infrastructure Configure / maintain IT infrastructure; provide solutions; LAN infrastructure Training Provide training and ensure training material is updated Salary: Negotiable salary working tools provided
