About the Role
As an IT Systems & Software Developer, you will play a key role in system development, integration, and optimisation, ensuring reliable and scalable enterprise solutions. You will work across software development, system support (Tier 2/3), ERP integration, and digital transformation projects, contributing to both project-based initiatives and business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and system integrations
- Contribute to frontend components where required
- Ensure system integration using APIs, ETL tools, and scripting
- Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions
- Support enterprise applications, including ERP and accounting systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated system issues
- Assist with system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Development
- 35 years experience in software development and systems integration
- Experience working in project-based and BAU environments
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting system integration (advantageous)
- Property or real estate industry experience (advantageous)
