Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with proven experience in a medical administration / healthcare related finance role (non-negotiable) Solid knowledge of medical aids, billing systems, and claim processes Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Previous experience in debt recovery or a similar field beneficial Proficiency in office software and medical administrative tools The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: General administrative duties, including managing patient records, filing, and office coordination Phone communication with patients and medical aid providers to follow up on outstanding debts Liaise with medical aids to query and resolve claims issues Assisting with payment tracking from patients and medical aids Respond to inquiries from patients, medical aids, and healthcare professionals Salary : Market related
