About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team in East London. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling general office administration and day-to-day coordination
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting with enquiries
- Capturing information and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and document control
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks when required
- Managing basic data capturing and computer-based tasks
- Assisting with ordering and organizing office supplies
- Keeping the office environment neat and organized
- Assisting with the smooth running of daily office operations
