About the Role
Profile Personnel is seeking an experienced Office/Finance Manager to oversee daily office operations and financial management for a construction company based in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, invoicing, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with BEE/SEESA requirements. The ideal candidate will also maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and municipalities, manage fleet operations, and coordinate with auditors for accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.
- Oversee invoicing processes and cash flow management to maintain financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with BEE/SEESA requirements and related regulations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and municipalities, addressing needs and concerns.
- Manage fleet operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and proper maintenance of vehicles.
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office/Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Experience in compliance with BEE/SEESA requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and municipalities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with fleet management and coordinating with auditors.
