Requirements:

• Must be Trade Tested
• Must have minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship working experience
• Must be technically strong – with good knowledge of diagnostics
• Must have valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out a detailed check of vehicles when they arrive for a service / repairs.
• Advise the Service Advisor of any repairs / parts that may be required
• Demonstrate an awareness of, and an ability to use, all diagnostic equipment in the Workshop
• Diagnose and correct faults
• Ensure all required tools and equipment is in place, maintained and, where necessary, calibrated
• Ensure all housekeeping standards are maintained in the work area and health and safety standards are met when executing the tasks
• Assist with customers complaints if required
• Ensure that necessary documentation is attached to job card.
