We are looking for a friendly and reliable Entry-Level Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our automotive bodyshop. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner

• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Schedule appointments and update the booking system

• Handle basic administrative duties (filing, emails, data entry)

• Liaise with workshop staff to ensure customer updates

• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Nice to Have:

• Previous reception/admin experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Interest or basic knowledge of the automotive industry
