Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Keep up to date and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to our team and our customers.
  • Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with the Sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or related field.
  • Bachelor`s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with Construction Chemicals.
  • Deep understanding of the construction chemicals market.
  • A valid driver`s licence.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Computer literate in MS Word and Excel

Salary/Package

R60,000 – R65,000 CTC
