About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced Branch Consultant to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. As a key member of our financial services branch, you will provide exceptional client service, assist with loan applications and debt consolidation solutions, and maintain client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) – compulsory
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field – advantageous but not required
- 1–3 years of experience in micro-lending, retail banking, or financial services
- Debt consolidation or collections experience – advantageous
- Previous experience in client-facing roles – essential
- Clear credit & criminal record
