Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure timely and effective management of employee performance, including conducting performance reviews, tracking employee development, and providing coaching as needed.
- Support HR policies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees in matters of workplace relations, resolving disputes, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
- Support management in negotiations with trade unions, employee representatives, or other worker groups
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal company policies related to employee rights, working conditions, and dispute resolution.
- Investigate and address any workplace issues related to misconduct, disciplinary action, or violations of company policies.
Job
Requirements:
- National Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 3-5 Years of experience in HR
- Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, EE and BEE
- Experience working with NUMSA
