Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Ensure production schedules are followed and downtime is minimized.
Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, productivity).
Allocate manpower effectively across workstations.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

Supervise, coach, and motivate production operators.
Conduct daily shift meetings and performance briefings.
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and shift rotations.
Identify training needs and support employee development.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM).
Lead problem-solving activities using tools such as 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Track downtime, scrap, rework, and productivity metrics.
Report daily performance to management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of automotive production processes
